This session on mental health and wellbeing is particularly relevant in these challenging times, and has been a strong theme emerging from recent SEN sessions. The ongoing pressure on individuals and organisations has a significant impact on the mental health and resilience of staff and volunteers of social enterprises, and this session has been designed to share information and support resources. Particularly in rural areas, the lack of anonymity can sometimes be a barrier to accessing support, so we hope that the resources and support signposted in this session will be helpful. This is an opportunity to share experiences, peer support, and connect with others across rural Scotland.
